Very very poor quality of services. Takes a lot of time to get anything done, they can't contact the third party at all. They are not even trying to end the case, they are actually doing nothing, and in the meantime the damaged car is still not repaired. Their reply is to do it by yourself. So there is no point in having their involvement in the case.
Avoid at all cost.
