I had an accident which the other party accepted responsibility l went with Kindertons and today after 4 months although one of their assessors came and took the pictures of the car they are still sending me e mails to take pictures l have never dealt with such incompetence in my life and today l am taking them to the insurance ombudsman Dr I Tarsuslugil

This company is awful. They'll take on your claim and then you will receive nothing but harassment from them for months on end. I had an accident in my car on January 1st. 2024 Kindertons lent me a courtesy car and told me to keep it until my claim had been settled, which I did. I then handed it back actually a few days earlier than I had to. And yealt, 11 months later I am still receiving harassment messages because I believe the other person's insurance company has refused to pay you for the car that Kindertons lent me. Kindertons seemed to think this is my issue, despite the fact at no point was I advised of this and that they told me repeatedly on many separate occasions that I should absolutely keep the car. This continued even when I queried that I'd had it for quite a long time because it took them so long for them to settle the claim for the damage to my vehicle which was written off. Please please please do yourself a favour and avoid using these people. They are charlatans and they will not leave you alone.

I was recently deceived by a forex broker, which was a sad experience. I felt annoyed and powerless even though I tried working with the police and my lawyers to find a solution. Terrible experience, you become a victim all over again with these guys. I went through from Renault accident management after an uninsured van driver drove into the back of my car at speed on may bank holiday. Initially they seemed helpful but soon the worries and doubts started mounting, contradicting each other from one call to the next, whiney call handles looking at you David who just fobbed you off saying that they could answer my questions and stressing at me, I had to chase Kindertons every week to get anyway. It was a straight forward claim police had arrived on the scene, booked the 3rd party and I had a claim reference from them but even in the end after two and a half months Kindertons still hadn't got the 3rd party to fully agree liability only liability without prejudice (which in legal terms basically means nothing). This is despite the fact the personal injury had got the liability accepted in only 3 weeks from the 3rd party. The real reason for this is that the is no one with legal training actually employed at Kindertons plus most of the staff don't have a clue what insurance or legal terms mean when I asked them to explain legal terminology on the phone, in fact with 30 minutes of googling I knew more than they did. The care hire is a scam do not sign the form they send you it makes you liable for the exorbitant car hire costs if the 3rd party refuses to pay, essentially they add £100 a day to the cost of normal car hire costs and will drag out your claim to profit. The 3rd party may then reject these costs as they too expensive, it can then go to court and they can then ask to see your financial records to prove that you couldn't afford to hire a car yourself separately (read up on this online lots of cases ongoing). But Kindertons will not allow you to hire a car yourself or so I was told and reclaim it despite them trying to give me a city car in place of my large estate car with tow bar, which I rejected and even then they couldn't come back with a comparable car. In the end I rejected the car returned the firm stating I didn't want a hire car and managed to borrow a van from a family member instead. The so called vehicle engineer they use to access the damage doesn't even view the car they just ask for photos and undervalue your car even after I when back with 6 advertisements showing the comparable value I still lost £1000 on the price I had paid just 5 months earlier and was less than the market price so I couldn't replace my car like for like. That was even after I kept the car salvage and sold to another agent who offered £400 more for the salvage, as well, as I would have been more out of pocket otherwise. In total I reckon I spent about 10+ hours of my own time chasing these guys. In the end because they kept saying contradictory things and disagreeing with each other even in writing on emails (as I said before they had no clue legally), I started recording the phone calls and told thembI was doing so, this immediately got rid of the whining call handles and I got through to a manager I suspect Dominic who did move things along but mistakes were still made even in the final settlement letter which he admitted was copy and pasted plus they delayed the cheque from the 3rd party as well for a time. Incredibly stressful experience, for context I am an engineering lecturer at university so I have knowledge that helped push this through and check facts, I genuinely worry for those that don't. AVOID at all costs go with your own insurance company and if you have already accepted their services record phone calls and reject the rip off hire car

This is the worst Insurance company ever ! they failed with repairing my car the garage haven’t put original parts as it should and drive my car without my permission over 400miles my car is more destroyed than it was. There is more things to report it. Now I’m waiting 1.5month for them to come and inspected the car and I’m still without car. Looking forward to report it FOS. I’m devastated after all this. Please avoid this insurance company.

More correspondence from Kindertons harrassing me about the car they issued me with after my insurance company told me to use them. They are a terrible and nasty company, please please avoid them. I will never use them again.

Absoultey sacm this company, had an incident in 2022 and still waiting for payment . Advisors all say the same thing noone responds to you it's a joke STAY CLEAr company needs investigation. Reviews says alot.

My van that I rely on for my trade was hit by a driver who was over the limit for alcohol, my van was recovered to a police compound as it was not drivable. Initially I couldn't fault Kindertons they where In touch straight away after I informed my insurance company Aviva of the accident, they arranged for my vehicle to be transferred from the police compound to a storage warehouse whilst it was waiting for the damage to be assessed by an engineer. I received a hire van the same size as my van which I was pleased about a week after the accident After the engineers report I was informed my van was a category S and was going to be written off unfortunately the offer I received was slightly less than I was expecting and I have not been able to purchase the same make and model of van, I did dispute the offer but wasn't successful, It has taken approximately 7 week from the date of the accident to me receiving the settlement from the 3rd party insurance company, all in all the experience has been a little bit stressful, the whole process would be improved if you where kept better informed mid way through the process as I found myself making lots of phone calls and emails trying to find out what was happening, i never got to speak to the same person more than once and quite often was given conflicting information

Avoid. Charge ridiculous hire car charges that any third party insurer wouldn’t pay. Then have to be dragged through the courts, where I have to give ALL my financial evidence to them that I wasn’t in a position to pay for the car. £3k+ for two weeks for a hire car, a Vauxhall Mokka FFs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID If your insurance company tells you you will receive a hire car from kindertons, please please please ask for another company. I was given a hire car for 2 weeks, when I gave it back I walked around the car with the kindertons employee, who agreed their was no damage. I left the employee with the car and 2 weeks later received an email saying their was damage. I rang up to dispute this and was told the employee would have told me that their was no damage to avoid any argurments. I find this to be totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Anything could have happened to the car when I had left it with the man, if he had shown me the damage when I was there I wouldn’t have been able to say anything. But he said it was fine!

Dreadful service I had to phone them multiple times when they got things wrong and gave the wrong postcode to the car hire company I was piggy in the middle from the get go. Why anyone would use this company is beyond my comprehension. I was the innocent party yet I felt harassed and stressed beyond belief. Rubbish experience.

Worst incompetent deceitful company I’ve had the unpleasure of loosing my sanity too !! Back tracking on their own e mails and decisions .. trying to get out of paying damage to my car their garage caused which was utterly negligent to the extreme !! Financial ombudsman on the case and believe me they will pay ! Communication .. well they e mail that it was the fault of their repairer then they back track I mean damaging suspension driving 6 miles on flat ? What’s to argue with a fully qualified BMW engineer ?? AVOID AT ALL COSTS .. as it will cost you Raheem is the worst and seems to take pleasure it all that he does .. you are not getting away with this !

After being duped by this firm, I felt hopeless. However, as soon as I got in touch with C O N C E P T S T R D, they got right to work and promptly returned my money and profit back within some days. Their staff was incredibly cordial, competent, and always available to address any queries I had. I heartily endorse using their services!

I have been dealing with Kinderton for nearly 10 months following an incident where my car was hit. Despite the initial assurance that my claim would be handled promptly and my car would be repaired, I find myself still waiting for any form of resolution. The communication from Kinderton has been deeply disappointing. After several attempts to reach out via emails and phone calls, my inquiries remain unanswered, and the promised callbacks within 24 hours never materialize. The lack of response and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction is concerning, especially after discovering numerous other customers have faced similar issues, as reflected in the company’s overall poor reviews. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer care, particularly in a situation that already poses its own stress and inconvenience. I had hoped for a straightforward and fair claims process, but the experience has been anything but. I am now considering escalating the matter through formal complaints and seeking external advice to achieve what should have been a simple resolution. To anyone considering Kinderton for their insurance needs, I urge you to look closely at the experiences of myself and countless others. An insurance company should offer peace of mind and support when you need it most, not add to your burdens through poor communication and inaction.

Nothing went right !! They are RUDE , They Lie , They Delay , They don’t answer e mails or phone calls The advisors only pass on messages to managers to call back Classic stalling techniques.. never known a more corrupt incompetent company in my life My husband is in the police and if anyone causes damage to your vehicle they arrest them and test their chosen garage has damaged my car costing thousands but they plead ignorance Your right Kindertons you are extremely ignorant . Do not deal with Raheem .. He’s the bad cop sent into the case to be as rude and as can be and to close the case .. we are now seeking legal advice as after 5 months and huge amount of damage done to our car they still haven’t progressed any resolution or admitted liability .. this company is criminal and needs shut down Next step .. lawyers then the national newspapers

Terrible service. My car was written off 0ct 23,...Jan 24 still waiting for payment! Nightmare to get through on the phones ..they either blame the computer or they sound about 10yrs of age telling me what I already know! So frustrating....just come off the phone for the 10th time to ask about payment..which they have previously said would be in last week.. (obviously I desperately need this to purchase another vehicle ) they have said I have to give hire car back even though payment may not be in our bank?? That can't be right, I will be left without a car! Don't use these..worst company I have ever had to deal with!
