"I had a very serious and unacceptable experience with Kindertons Accident Management.\r\n\r\nAfter my accident, they provided me with a replacement vehicle that was in shocking condition. The seat belts had visible mould on them, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially when transporting my family. On top of that, the vehicle had a loud knocking noise coming from the front end, which appeared to be related to the steering rack or right-hand suspension\/shock. This made the car feel unsafe and unreliable to drive.\r\n\r\nThis is extremely concerning, as replacement vehicles should be properly inspected, clean, and safe. Instead, I was given a vehicle that appeared poorly maintained and potentially dangerous.\r\n\r\nWhat made the situation worse was their response. When I contacted them to report these serious safety concerns, I was told that nothing could be done because it was the weekend. This left me and my family without proper support or a safe solution, which is completely unacceptable for a company responsible for accident management and customer care.\r\n\r\nThis experience caused unnecessary stress, safety concerns, and inconvenience for my family. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Kindertons Accident Management. They need to take vehicle safety, hygiene, and customer support far more seriously."

"This is the worst Insurance company ever ! they failed with repairing my car the garage haven\u2019t put original parts as it should and drive my car without my permission over 400miles my car is more destroyed than it was. There is more things to report it. Now I\u2019m waiting 1.5month for them to come and inspected the car and I\u2019m still without car. Looking forward to report it FOS. I\u2019m devastated after all this. Please avoid this insurance company."
