Perhaps this review shouldn’t be in relation to Kindred Fires more the delivery service Royal Mail. The tracking advised the parcel was delivered on 22nd however it was actually delivered 4 days later.
Between these dates my friend who I had gifted the candle to looked everywhere and I contacted support who wasn’t particularly helpful asking us to look In our safe place or with a neighbour which felt pretty condescending to be honest.
She now has it which is the important thing, overall not very satisfied.
