We were gutted as we never received this order. We jointly ordered this gift as an engagement present for our friend but the Royal Mail our the parcel in their wheelie bin which then got put out the next day so the parcel went in the bin lorry. I know this is not the fault of Kindred Fires but it was such a shame that this happened and we are so annoyed that the delivery person would put the parcel in the bin!
