I placed an order with Kindred Fires on 15th December for a gift for my wife's 40th birthday. I received a dispatch email on 20th December that contained a tracking link but no tracking number. It is now the day before my wife's birthday and this gift will not reach her in time for her big day. I am very disappointed as I believed I would receive her gift in time and I have also sent email to KF and used their contact us link on the website and received no reply.
