Love the product and personalisation. Very unique and nice quality. I received as a gift and then purchased a gift for someone else after discovering the brand. The recipient loved it too. Customer service enquiries could be responded to a tad quicker as I was enquiring whether would get there in time for the intended occasion which I missed by a day because I didn’t manage to order in time. Other than that really pleased with everything. Thank you
