I ordered two candles originally, for different people, one as a birthday gift and one for a bereavement . Both were beautifully presented and packaged and loved by the recipients. Sadly we lost another family member last week and I was able to order another candle with the message printed in Greek which has been particularly helpful. My question to customer services was responded to very quickly, the ordering process is straightforward, i have found the delivery time to be very quick as well. Beautiful candles. something different to the ordinary. I'm pleased I found this company.
