I ordered a gift for a friend, unfortunately the candle jar was smashed & damaged beyond repair, one email, including pictures & another one was dispatched immediately. I could not fault the polite & efficient customer service.
My friend absolutely loved her gift & I was able to burn the original candle, which smells lush, although you don’t even need to burn it to have the smell through the house. Will definitely be buying from Kindred Fires again 😊
