My order arrived without the personalisation. I contacted Kindred Fires via email and Tasha Yeates from their support team replied very quickly. I explained the problem and Tasha clarified that I had used emoji’s in my personalisation which weren’t recognised by their computer software and that she'd personally raised a new order which was sent out the next working day - you can’t ask for more than that. You never really know how good a company is until you require their customer service department! Kindred Fires, I will definitely being purchasing from you again and would highly recommend you!
