Bought my first candle just a month ago! Was so impressed with the quality, scent, packaging etc that I ordered another as a gift a month later! The service and speed of service is excellent! My only query was that I thought the matches you purchase were longer as this is this is how they appear to look on the images-I raised this point and they answered me immediately stating they would address it! Great company to deal with-would recommend
