My only issue was that I used a capital first letter when spelling the name of the person for whom the candle was for on the order form. It is customary to spell a name with a capital letter. When the candle arrived, the name was all in lower case and just doesn't look right to me. Other than that the candle is beautiful and nicely packaged.
