Incredibly poor customer service. My order was slow in arriving. Days after emailing to inquire, I was told, days later, that the order had been lost. It has been over two weeks since the initial order. No merchandise. Waste of money paying for "express" shipping. The email receipts state tracking information is available for shipping, yet there is none. Therefore there is no way to know if the order was really shipped! I don't even really want the clothing any more. I will not be ordering from this company again. E-commerce, at this point, is an exact science, but not with king apparel.
