“Very disappointed with my last order. Shadwell jacket, sloppy work. Inconsistent padding over all, no inside pockets, loose treadings. Hats are now a size bigger than the standard fit. Gloves are nice but you know within a month the size will dip. Cross body bag needs more feature. For the brand you are and the prices you charge I expect better. I've been with you since 03 and in the years I've sold at KING this by far the worst.”

Hi Denver, sorry to hear you're not completely happy with your purchase. In reply to your points and respectfully: We've sold A LOT of that jacket and not had any complaints. There are 4 exterior pockets and the down is individually enclosed in each section of the quilting so as not to move around - as you wear the jacket the down will naturally even out. Respectfully there is no inconsistency in the down fill. The headwear has not changed in over 10 years. Its the same supplier, the same shape we custom designed, block and sizing ratio. The hat can be adjusted to 12 different size options. The spec has never altered. You won't have any problems with the glove sizing - these are made with a technical winter sports supplier. Gloves are their speciality Here are all the features on the bag. Packing any more in would have been difficult for the price: Black rugged ballistic nylon construction Main zipped pocket with two interior elasticated pouch pockets Interior carabiner key clip holder Small zipped front pocket White rubber KING sports logo on front Carry strap on top with white rubber repeat KING sports logo Adjustable shoulder strap with repeat white KING sports logo Black King woven label on left bag strap Padded back section for comfort Everything purchased was done so with a 60% discount. If you're unhappy with anything then please return in the condition it was purchased complete with original packaging and swingtags and we will provide you with a credit note for replacement or alternative products. thanks bro

“Incredibly poor customer service. My order was slow in arriving. Days after emailing to inquire, I was told, days later, that the order had been lost. It has been over two weeks since the initial order. No merchandise. Waste of money paying for "express" shipping. The email receipts state tracking information is available for shipping, yet there is none. Therefore there is no way to know if the order was really shipped! I don't even really want the clothing any more. I will not be ordering from this company again. E-commerce, at this point, is an exact science, but not with king apparel.”

Hi James As mentioned by our colleague, your order was lost but then sent out again before you had originally enquired regarding the whereabouts of your order. We also sent you the new tracking information and stated on Friday 23rd February 2024 that the order was sent out the day before and it'll arrive in a few days. We do not think this equates to poor customer service as we've been straightforward with what happened. The tracking information clearly shows the full movement of your order from our warehouse to your address and due for delivery today (Tuesday 26th February 2024) We kindly request that you revise your review as you'll now be receiving your order in a few hours. “The fit is not suitable for adults, too restricted if you have any form of back, shoulder or chest muscles. Not windproof, the wind just cuts right through. Not water nor showerproof.”

Hi Lee, The Tennyson sherpa hoodie fits true to size. If the M is too tight then just exchange up for a L or XL and we'd be happy to sort that out for you no probs. The item is not stated as wind or waterproof, as it is not designed with that functionality. It is a tracksuit jacket with sherpa panelling and a nylon/mesh lined shell designed for layering or use as a regular tracksuit. Hope that helps bro and if there is anything else you need just let us know cheers KING team
