Very disappointed with my last order.
Shadwell jacket, sloppy work.
Inconsistent padding over all, no inside pockets, loose treadings.
Hats are now a size bigger than the standard fit.
Gloves are nice but you know within a month the size will dip.
Cross body bag needs more feature.
For the brand you are and the prices you charge I expect better.
I've been with you since 03 and in the years I've sold at KING this by far the worst.
