Dennis Grande - you didnt provide your order number but the only recent order under the name Dennis in Franfurt Germany is 7166. You were provided your tracking number when your order was dispatched so you could track it. The UPS tracking is 1ZG0104C6834773619. If you check they have already tried to deliver it to you 3 Times now and you were not in on any occasion. You need to contact the Frankfurt delivery office when you will be available. Please revise the review as the delivery was attempted well within the time frame, 3 times now but you were not at home.

Incredibly poor customer service. My order was slow in arriving. Days after emailing to inquire, I was told, days later, that the order had been lost. It has been over two weeks since the initial order. No merchandise. Waste of money paying for "express" shipping. The email receipts state tracking information is available for shipping, yet there is none. Therefore there is no way to know if the order was really shipped! I don't even really want the clothing any more. I will not be ordering from this company again. E-commerce, at this point, is an exact science, but not with king apparel.

Hi James As mentioned by our colleague, your order was lost but then sent out again before you had originally enquired regarding the whereabouts of your order. We also sent you the new tracking information and stated on Friday 23rd February 2024 that the order was sent out the day before and it'll arrive in a few days. We do not think this equates to poor customer service as we've been straightforward with what happened. The tracking information clearly shows the full movement of your order from our warehouse to your address and due for delivery today (Tuesday 26th February 2024) We kindly request that you revise your review as you'll now be receiving your order in a few hours.
