The oven I purchased stated no visible marks when installed but there was a dint on the front of the oven so this statement was not correct.
The dint was not easy to see when the packaging was still on the oven so was only noticed after the driver had gone.
There is an element of risk when purchasing graded products but I trusted them that the product was as described. Don't take their word that there are no visible marks and check thoroughly on delivery.
