“Fridge freezer in excellent condition with the side dents etc as described which as it is integrated don’t show. Significant price saving over new product and AEG have registered warranty as well as Kingdoms own cover so hopefully any future problems are covered. delivery was delayed as long as possible as weren’t ready to take in. Friendly delivery guy who arrived as arranged and helped across threshold.”

“Everyone I spoke to in the sales and delivery team were so helpful and informative last week when I wanted to understand a bit about the condition of the unit. And was really impressed by the timely updates on when to expect delivery. Then when the delivery gent Jamie came on Tuesday morning - he was honestly the best part of the whole experience. So gently spoken (thankfully at 6.50AM) and so helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. He just came across so kind and genuine, and really put a cherry on what has been a really great buying experience for me.”

“Purchased a AEG washer-dryer, they delivered a washing machine and not a washer-dryer. It leaked water, replaced a week later with a washer-dryer which was not the required specification (half the value of the one purchased). Another ten days and that was replaced with the correct model. My hopes were dashed when it would not switch on. Having now requested a full refund Kingdom Appliances stated that would only be possible when the broken machine was returned to the shop. No date was given as to when they would be able to collect. What an awful experience, and now waiting for them to refund my money so that I can go to a reputable firm to purchase a much-needed washing machine. Manager or owner was always unavailable to discuss these issues.”

“I couldn't be happier. My AEG fridge freezer is just what I wanted and was delivered promptly by the delightful Duffy. The service I received with the many questions I asked was always friendly and helpful and there is nothing I can fault. The appliance is now fitted and working, and long may its life be.”

“I visited Kingdom Appliances and was greeted warmly by a young man who asked me what l was looking for. He brought up a lot of choices on the computer and then took me into the warehouse so that l could inspect my choices. Payment was easy and delivery was made on time by a friendly driver. An excellent buying experience all round.”
