This is my second purchase from Kingdom and whilst I couldn't be more happy with my first this item has not been as good. This item was "New, graded" and damage was stated as being on the side of the machine, however the damage is actually around the door mechanism and door, which does show when the machine is open, the hinges & sliding door mechanism creak when opening making it souns cheap and nasty, Coupled with the fact that this Zanussi dishwasher does not clean anything placed in it, this has been a terrible purchase. One month in, I've checked blockages, filters, salt and rinse aid and their settings, it's not over packed and dishes are not touching and this morning, yet again my dishes and cups have come out dirty. I also rinse everything before it goes in. I am pretty sure what response to expect if I raise this with customer service so I am almost certainly stuck with an expensive dud machine.

Unscrupulous Slippery Quibblers and Awful Communication We ordered a refurb dishwasher and paid the extra £15 to have to old taken away. We received a confirmatory email. The dishwasher arrived on the day expected. Unfortunately, the old dishwasher was not in a state that it could be taken away (outside the house). So, we were left with a new one and still the old one. We queried it saying that we were not told that this was a requirement and were told that it is on the web site. Let's call this "problem 1". In fact, when you place an order and ask for removal of the old one, it DOES NOT say anywhere during the ordering process what the requirement is. Neither does it say in the email receipt. Neither do they tell you verbally. (They claim they do. Well, in our case they did not.) After much hunting around, I did find it buried deep in the terms and conditions (which you manually have to search for on the web site), clause 10, bullet point 6 IIRC. The next problem was that the one ordered didn't fit. This was our fault. So we contacted them for a return knowing we'd have to pay. We were told (almost verbatim) "Sorry, we don't come to your areas very often, I can't say when it will be - could be weeks could be months and it'll cost you £35 as well. If you want your money back sooner, you'll have to arrange your own return". Unwilling to wait up to "months", I organised our own return and paid for it. Kingdom were notified of this by email. (The system notifies the sender, recipient and courier automatically.) 3 days later, the day before the return, we contacted Kingdom Appliances just to confirm all was in order. We were told "don't so that, we were planning to collect it tomorrow! If you continue in your course of action, you will be liable for any damages!!" Let's call this "problem 2". I cancelled our courier. They collected the following day and a refund was issued (minus the £35 return costs) the following day. The 2 problems are: 1. They are very slippery quibblers and hide behind Ts and Cs. They completely fail to refer to them in the order process, and then invoke the clause on arrival and keep your money! I politely requested a refund - twice - out of courtesy and was told "a tick box must be checked to confirm that the terms & conditions have been accepted". To quote them "this is not a case of us hiding behind a clause... Our T&Cs are in place to make things easier for both us and our customers"! IOW "we don't hide behind the Ts and Cs but the clause is hidden in the Ts and Cs 'to make it easier' for us [to scam you]". 2. Their communication is truly dreadful. I am out of pocket on the original courier which I had to cancel because, having carried out their instructions to arrange the return ourselves, they then decided to do the collection without actually telling us (and they were rude / threatening in the process). I actually have proof that they were informed of our intentions 4 days prior to them telling us that they would collect it. On this point, I believe I have sufficient grounds for a legal small claim against them. Overall, if you do buy here (and I strongly recommend youi don't): 1. READ THE Ts and Cs and make sure that they haven't sneaked any new slippery clauses in there that allow them to take your money and do nothing for it. 2. If anything does go wrong, call them very regularly and document the communications as you make find yourself in the small claims court. (Why not only 1 star? Because the refund was fast.)

The extractor which we purchased was actually faulted, as the front would not clip into the back so would not stay in place. It was lucky that my husband is very handy and was able to bend the clips on the unit to enable the whole unit to fix into the required slots, otherwise we would of had to return the whole extractor.

Products as described and working, no issues there. I live in a third floor flat so checked the delivery policy before ordering. It said if delivery beyond ground floor level required to notify them when ordering so they can arrange two man delivery+necessary equipment. I did this via their website form with my order number, and again by phone when they rang to confirm a date. On the day one guy turned up without even a sack-barrow and I had to carry the units with him to the lobby. Then almost crippled myself trying to get a fridge and freezer up 7 flights of stairs! Items were sliding round in an ancient Luton van with no corner protection. Whole thing felt pretty mickey-mouse.

The appliance is okay, the fitter fitted it and no problem but the delivery man caused some damaged to my door that I have to get a specialist to investigate why the door could not closed. It cost me £60.00 to find the problem why. The person who deal with my complain in Kingdom Appliance he is not very nice and not helpful. My husband and I decided we will never use Kingdom Appliance again as I had a bad experience that I was judged as I am telling lies.

Zanussi ZCG63330XA very unsafe with young children. Doors get very hot my grandaughter badly burnt her arm just touching the glass closed door. No heat control on grill just one temperature. Hob very temperamental if you've cleaned it to relight.

I've ordered with Kingdom several times before and haven't had a problem previously. This time unfortunately there was an error in the product description, which claimed that the washer/dryer we purchased had a temperature sensor to stop drying when it detected the items in the machine were dry. We realised after using it a couple of times that such a feature does not exist on the model we received. Quite disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was as described. It would be great if Kingdom offered an installation service.

We are pleased with the cooker but very disappointed as we never recieved the instruction manual that we was assured would be sent to us seperatly this has made using the cooker very difficult

Delivery date wasn't confirmed after ordering. Had to contact after 2 days and still couldn't confirm delivery. When freezer was finally delivered, driver tried to give us one intended for one of our neighbours. English wasn't his first language and communication was hit and miss. Product was poorly packaged, packaging was filthy, and freezer had several minor dings, which was annoying because we'd paid for an new, ungraded unit.

This item was chepaer than other providers but was reconditioned rather than new. It had clearly been washed (badly) on the back but to their credit, I returned it with the driver and received a refund without any fuss! However, it should be clearly stated on the website if a product is not new.

We clearly indicate in red text whether or not an item is new or new-graded i.e. ex-display. An email confirming what you have bought is also sent. We cannot legislate for those that do not check and read what it is they're purchasing.

Item was delivered without original package. the description didn't show that this will be the case. The product makes some noise, when in use. Can't tell if something has been damaged by transportation. Wouldn't order again.

Please remember you are reviewing the service, NOT the product. Product reviews can be left in a separate section. The item was clearly described as 'new-graded'. We have clear definitions on our website if unsure about any terminology and of course we can always be called during office hours to clarify any matters.

Delivery man was rude & impatient, when I spoke to customer services, they weren't particularly interested. Probably won't be using again in a hurry.
