“Got under counter AEG double oven delivered yesterday. Great service, price was £350 cheaper than other places because of a tiny scratch which you could hardly see. Kept informed of delivery etc, would have given 5 stars but no manual with the oven or cable at the back, not an issue considering the price but should have said this in the ad. Cable only £28. Would definitely use again.”

“Great opportunity to pick up quality items at greatly reduced cost. There does seem to be a little lack of communication but I guess costs have to be saved somewhere. I'd have particularly liked to know that the item I purchased did not simply 'plug in and use' - this was explained by the delivery man at 6.45 am - leaving me with a cooker I cannot use until I can arrange for an electrician to visit me (and, of course, the extra costs for that I was not expecting. Having the couriers actually get the item 'up and running' would make a great improvement to your service - even if the added cost of installation was included in a higher price.”
