“Easy transaction. Good comms although I called in the day before for the confirmed delivery time slot (11-15) was not accurate at all, so got pulled out of bed at 7am to accept appliance delivery and disconnect the old dishwasher for the paid removal.”

“I purchased a reconditioned washer-dryer at a fantastic price. The website was easy to use and clear. The reason for a score of 4 is that the communication from the company wasn't great: I had to chase it by telephone and was given a vague delivery date (no time) and, having arranged to have someone in my house for the delivery, I was told the driver would call when he was half an hour away. This never happened, either, which I would have very much appreciated!!”

“I am delighted with my product, the price was exceptional and the man who delivered the item was very efficient and polite. The only reason for a loss of one star is because I had to wait over a week for my delivery. I would still buy from Kingdom again, just so long as I'm not in a hurry!”

“Delivery of my AEG washing machine was next day so super quick. The washing machine did have a few more superficial scratches to the door and facia than expected, only visible on very close inspection.unfortunately soap dispenser is also slightly damaged but I should be able to glue the face plate back on in one corner. Also the noise dampers that stick at the bottom were missing and you can't get replacements. Al.In all it's still a great machine and I would use Kingdom Appliances again.”
