“Good so far. Delivery was good and the driver very helpful. Should be getting it installed today fingers crossed all goes well and the item is perfect”

“I purchased a reconditioned washer-dryer at a fantastic price. The website was easy to use and clear. The reason for a score of 4 is that the communication from the company wasn't great: I had to chase it by telephone and was given a vague delivery date (no time) and, having arranged to have someone in my house for the delivery, I was told the driver would call when he was half an hour away. This never happened, either, which I would have very much appreciated!!”

“I am delighted with my product, the price was exceptional and the man who delivered the item was very efficient and polite. The only reason for a loss of one star is because I had to wait over a week for my delivery. I would still buy from Kingdom again, just so long as I'm not in a hurry!”

“Chose appliance, checked availability, paid for it, they confirmed my order, advised delivery date the next day, later advised approximate time of delivery, friendly driver delivered on time, job done. 😀 what’s not to like ?”

“Delivery of my AEG washing machine was next day so super quick. The washing machine did have a few more superficial scratches to the door and facia than expected, only visible on very close inspection.unfortunately soap dispenser is also slightly damaged but I should be able to glue the face plate back on in one corner. Also the noise dampers that stick at the bottom were missing and you can't get replacements. Al.In all it's still a great machine and I would use Kingdom Appliances again.”

“I was both pleased with the price and appliance. I would have preferred the despatch date to be given to me sooner but once I did get the date the follow up was very good , Your delivery person was very good but no mask , I was remiss as I should have mentioned it to him but didn't . I think all deliveries should have personnel wearing masks in This current pandemic .”

In line with government recommendations, our drivers are provided with face masks and hand-gel. This is for their safety and the safety of our customers. Our drivers will wear the face masks when taking an appliance inside your property. “Needed an integrated freezer quickly, and saw Kingdom Appliances in an online search. They had exactly what I was after at a great price. The item was as described with slight damage to the side (which wouldn't be seen when fitted). Only moan is that my old freezer wasn't taken away, even though I'd paid for this service.”

“Very happy with product and time delivered.. although the delivery driver arrived at 0630!! half an hour before the agreed time and didn't have any PPE, ie; mask or similar or seem to be Covid19 aware”

“Fantastic item, perfect customer service, I would have appreciated the item to have been bought into the house though. I had to get my children to carry the oven in as it was too heavy for me to lift. Other than that I’m very happy.”

“Would be an 'excellent' rating if it wasn't for an online booking glitch that told me the order for a microwave oven had failed at the end of the transaction, but simultaneously sent me an email telling me the transaction was successful (it was). Sorted out quickly. Good customer relations, and an excellent delivery with a very nice driver! :)”
