I purchased a reconditioned washer-dryer at a fantastic price. The website was easy to use and clear. The reason for a score of 4 is that the communication from the company wasn't great: I had to chase it by telephone and was given a vague delivery date (no time) and, having arranged to have someone in my house for the delivery, I was told the driver would call when he was half an hour away. This never happened, either, which I would have very much appreciated!!
