“I was both pleased with the price and appliance. I would have preferred the despatch date to be given to me sooner but once I did get the date the follow up was very good , Your delivery person was very good but no mask , I was remiss as I should have mentioned it to him but didn't . I think all deliveries should have personnel wearing masks in This current pandemic .”

In line with government recommendations, our drivers are provided with face masks and hand-gel. This is for their safety and the safety of our customers. Our drivers will wear the face masks when taking an appliance inside your property. They will not wear the masks when leaving an appliance outside, rather they will maintain a safe distance in line with social distancing guidelines. We hope this alleviates your concerns. “Needed an integrated freezer quickly, and saw Kingdom Appliances in an online search. They had exactly what I was after at a great price. The item was as described with slight damage to the side (which wouldn't be seen when fitted). Only moan is that my old freezer wasn't taken away, even though I'd paid for this service.”

“Would be an 'excellent' rating if it wasn't for an online booking glitch that told me the order for a microwave oven had failed at the end of the transaction, but simultaneously sent me an email telling me the transaction was successful (it was). Sorted out quickly. Good customer relations, and an excellent delivery with a very nice driver! :)”

“Excellent service once initial problem sorted. Which was when ordering product (Electrolux oven) product was in stock according to web site but when payment was made, message came back 'no longer in stock!' so went to another web site and ordered the same and paid for from a different supplier, only to receive an email from Kingdom to say order had been accepted and oven would be delivered in 48 hours. I then had to cancel the second order, and on phoning Kingdom the next day, received apologies, apparently a problem with a third party web site, all very unnecessary and time consuming. apart from that oven was delivered as promised on time, helpful driver. would i use Kingdom again? yes i would, they just need to get their third parties sorted!”

“Bought AEG wall oven described as having slight scuffs on handles - Impressed with description of product, being described as slight - I couldn’t find any 😊 Prompt service and prompt responses when contacted by Chat and phone. Only reason not 5 stars is I waited 2 weeks after order then contacted them as hadn’t heard anything regarding delivery, this was dealt with promptly and on receipt of oven no instructions however as soon as contacted them they sent them via email immediately. Would highly recommend.”
