Would be an 'excellent' rating if it wasn't for an online booking glitch that told me the order for a microwave oven had failed at the end of the transaction, but simultaneously sent me an email telling me the transaction was successful (it was). Sorted out quickly. Good customer relations, and an excellent delivery with a very nice driver! :)
