I’m happy with the product (as far as I can tell as not yet installed it) but was disappointed with the process. I placed my order on a Tuesday, and was not contacted to arrange delivery until the following Monday, I was told they would be delivering the following day, I advised I would be out at work and asked if there was another day and told no, but don’t worry you’re first on the list so it will be there at 7am before you leave. It wasn’t, I had a call at 1pm from the driver to say he was 20 minutes away, I had to agree for it to be left on my drive until I got home. Fortunately it was still there when I returned. This is in total contrast to Appliance World, i ordered another product from them at the same time, I had a call within 5 minutes to arrange a convenient delivery day, was given a 2 hour slot and it was with me by Friday.
