Staff are friendly, stock is extensive and from what I could see when visiting, and it seemed to be in good condition. The ebay listings are accurate in terms of the condition of the items with pictures of any cosmetic issues. Appliances all work well. Delivery was free, at the specified time, and the delivery driver was very helpful - brought the items up to my flat on the 4th floor (in the lift). Overall staff have been great to deal with, and they pick up the phone and answer queries helpfully. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.
