After NOT being able to talk to a person on the many appliance companies that I call, was surprised and delighted when I spoke to a person at Kingdom. He answered all my questions professionally and politely! My appliance was delivered on the day and time that was allocated by a lovely man. I will be buying my next appliance for them.
