After 5 attempts for Amazon to deliver a faulty freezer I came across a "new graded" version of the same freezer on Kingdom Appliances. Slightly dubious about the "new graded" description I called and was more than reassured by the friendly, helpful staff. They even went to check it over and called me back to reassure me it did have all 4 wheels! They said it was perfect and it is! The delivery was super quick, they called to confirm the delivery day and called in advance letting me know the time... It did not come in the packaging (as described by the staff hence the new graded) but all this meant was I did not have to dispose of polystyrene! I saved a small fortune and got far, far, far better service and goods. I highly recommend Kingdom Appliances and their new graded appliances, if you are at all in doubt call them, they will put you at ease.
