Had to chase up as did not get any delivery date as promised and needed the oven fairly promptly. After third phone call was really impressed with every part of the distribution process. Each section gave me the phone number and name of the next person I needed to speak to. Didn't mind just wanted to make sure I got the item and I did. Thank you very much - good price too. Just what I wanted.
