I cannot fault kingdom appliances for their efforts to accommodate my delivery due to my awkward work schedule. They went out of there way to make sure it be delivered at a time to suite me. The oven I ordered game only in a plastic covering ( which I expected, due to the listing details) but was in pristine condition, 5*. I will definitely use again
