On the whole very pleased. They were very honest by warning us that there was only one left (of the specific Zannussi washing machine that we wanted). and it had "a few scratches on the top & fascia". On arrival...we really struggled to see them. Anyway, I paid the £9.99 'recycling fee' in with the total payment. 2 days later a friend said he would remove it and take it away. Kingdom Appliances were great about this and refunded the £9.99. I have one, and only one, issue. We have 3 steps leading up to our front door, i did make them aware. On delivery day (just me, v v bad back so not well) & my 75 year old mother. The delivery was done by just one person "who was just a driver". He asked if we could help him lift it up the 3 stairs. Impossible. He refused and said he would either take it back or leave it in middle of driveway. We phoned the company. Very long story short.... we paid some guys who were in a van down the road to help.
