Very pleased with the service. I ordered the fridge over the weekend. I got a confirmation saying that they would be in touch. Then they contacted me on Tuesday by email saying that they would deliver on the Thursday, but they would ring me on Wednesday afternoon to confirm the time slot, which they did. The time slot was one hour and they delivered within the time slot! Fantastic. The delivery driver was also polite and helpful. Just one note, be aware that they are only insured for delivery to your front door, not past that! So if you want help to get a delivery in to your house, any mishap is then down to you.
