Simply cannot fault anything about the service from the website through ordering to delivery and the machine itself. We received regular calls regarding delivery times from both customer services and the poor driver who was stuck in traffic. The customer services were friendly, polite and clear about what would happen and when and it did. The driver was friendly and so helpful. We really cannot recommend this company highly enough. The machine itself is everything the reviews say it is and we are so happy with it.
