Kingdom Appliances have by far the best customer service I have encountered for many a year. I ordered my appliance on eBay and unlike many companies they contacted me to confirm delivery.
They gave me a four hour slot but with a likely exact time. The driver contacted me to gIve me an exact delivery time one hour before delivery. On arrival he opened the package to confirm all was in order.
If you want old fashioned customer care and prompt service I highly recommend you use Kingdom Appliances.
