I always believe a company is better judged when things go wrong, rather than when all has proceeded seamlessly, and in this respect I award Kingdom Appliances 5 stars. We had a problem whereby an appliance had to be returned and a refund given. This is usually where some companies loose interest and everything gets difficult, but Kingdom Appliances followed through on all there promises. Despite not purchasing anything from them, I would recommend them based on my experience.
