Very straightforward process, efficient and friendly. They actually rang me to arrange the delivery time, unlike the likes of Currys where you have to stay in all day waiting. The delivery man knew what he was doing as well, again unlike the big suppliers who seem to just employ children. Appliance had barely a scratch on it. Very happy all round.
