I would rate them higher but I got a weird issue where I got confirmation of the order which said to check my details were correct (especially my contact number) which I did and they were all present and correct. Then I got an email a few days later saying there would a be a delay shipping my order as I didn't provide a contact number and so needed to phone them. Which was quite frustrating. Otherwise, I can't really fault them. Great service from everyone I spoke to, delivery turned up when they said and appliance was as described.
