From the initial enquiry , the response was professional, the items I required were not in stock , being ex display equipment with a delivery imminent, I was told that once the next delivery arrived they would inform me what was available. A little chasing was required but this was due to the products being examined and tested. Both AEG ovens were delivered on time . They look very good although I have not installed them yet , I am sure from the other reviews, replacement or repair if necessary will be executed Accordingly.
