My oven was exactly as described and I’m really pleased with it. Communication was really good regarding arranging delivery. My delivery time weren’t particularly convenient - 6-6:30am is not ideal but I was oven-less so I accepted it, but was then woken at 5:15am by the delivery driver. Can’t say I was too pleased with the even earlier delivery. Apart from that I’m quite happy with everything and would buy from Kingdom Appliances again (as long as they delivered a bit later!)
