I'm a kitchen and bathroom fitter and needed a particularly oven fairly pronto.
They had the exact model I needed but it had a slight mark. The mark was tiny so I ordered it.
The very next day I had a courtesy call thanking me for my order and advised their logistics would soon be in touch with me.
Sure enough the fella called and gave me a choice of dates.
On the day he called when on his way from the previous drop, unloaded it for me and left all the paperwork
I cannot recommend them highly enough. They're great
