The delivery came before the 2 hour time slot that was told to me. I was unavailable to receive the oven. The courier would not wait or return in an hour, for me to get home, so it was left with a neighbour. Luckily someone was home to take it, otherwise its would have been taken back to the depo and a second delivery time would have had to be made. Not ideal .
