I bought a Zanussi washer / dryer. Originally they booked it in for delivery in X5 days, I explained I was desperate and they rearranged their whole schedule and delivered to me the next day first thing. They went above and beyond and were extremely polite and accomodating over the phone. The appliance is now plumbed in and working great, I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again in the future.
