Recently ordered a few products from KOG. Unfortunately they never arrived in the post.... (thanks Royal Mail). Anyway I sent an email to let KOG know what had happened. I revived a swift reply from the director Edd, to which he informed me that he would get in contact with Royal Mail to see what had happened. A few days later Edd let me know RM had not got back to him he and he was sending another package that would arrive before 1pm the next day! It indeed did! Could not be happier with my flowers, and double goes for the customer service! Thank you KOG
