Kings Road didn't ship the product in advance of street date (contrary to what it said on the order page and confirmation email), instead shipping it a few days afterwards (despite the preorder having been available for 6 months!). It arrived 7 days later, despite being shipped from 400 miles away (LA to SF). Their customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. In the future I'll pre-order records from my local record shop or other online source - Kings Road and Music Today are engaged in a race to the bottom for worst major-label fulfillment house.
