UPDATE: I received a prompt response to this review and they said they just identified an issue with them not receiving messages through the web site and they never got my messages. They also gave me a discount code to use in the future. I appreciate the prompt response and good customer service. I was also informed that they recently updated their warehouse system which caused some delays. I will probably give ordering from Kings Road another shot. I am happy with my purchase, but shipping was incredibly slow. I ordered on April 9th and did not receive my package until the 26th. When I went to check the status of my shipment (I understand that shipping carriers are frequently to blame), my order said that it was unable to retrieve tracking information and to contact customer service. I sent two messages using the link several days apart and I never received a response for either one from Kings Road. I'm glad I finally got my package, but I'm not happy with the lack of response. Probably will not order from here again because of this.
