Great products & decent customer service but order fulfillment & shipping are pretty terrible. And when it comes to pre-orders this company is the worst. Things NEVER come out when they say. This last pre-order I did really took the cake. Kings Road was pointing fingers elsewhere which wouldn't have bothered me except that they constantly have pre-order problems.
