Takes too long to get the item and the tracking number had problems. I love what you guys offer but it’s always an uncertainty if I’m going to get my package. Once upon a time I did an order to Peru it was a lot of time to get it and there was no tracking number and no response from the contact email. I think that now you guys have better process but that’s what I think of the company because of past occasions.. thank you
