the phisical order was fine but the digital download that came to it has been a disaster.
- first, the download links that came with the order didn't work and they made me waste 2 attempts of the 3 available for each item I've ordered;
- then I spent more than 2 weeks contacting the customer service to receive some working links that I used for my 3rd and last attempt;
- in conclusion, if I'll lose the files I've downloaded I will not be able to download them again.
