I had ordered the purple variant of clipping.'s 2020 album Visions of Bodies Being Burned and upon delivery the packaging was damaged, as well as the album sleeve (likely from the delivery personnel). I reached out to Kings Road Merch and sent them some pictures. They sent me a replacement within a week's time. The replacement was in perfect condition. They were helpful and professional throughout the entire process. 5 star customer service!
