I haven’t received what i orderes, it’s been around 2 months, i have ordered a green vinyl from alcest, but something happened, and i had to change to a red one, and haven’t reeveived it yet. There haven’t been no status updates by your side, i have to ask constantly for updates. In customer support they said they were sendiing right away my product, it’s been a month since that. This is the first time it happens something like this, i am really dissapointed. In amazon appears the same product and they say they deliver in 5 days, that makes me think of buying directly from you is the best choice. I hope my order arrives soon and also i wish you provide me with an update.
